Brian Head & Duck Creek, Utah

Find the lot. Build the cabin.

Two Southern Utah names, one handshake. The Griffin Team sources the land and specializes in custom dirt builds. Jacobs Construction has been putting homes on Cedar Mountain since 1976, on lots its own family helped subdivide. Between us you go from “somewhere up there” to keys in hand without ever managing the gap.

Why the two of us

Most buyers lose six months in the handoff

You find land through one company. You find a builder through another. Then you spend a season discovering the parcel won't perc, the setbacks kill the view, or nobody can pour until June. We removed that handoff entirely — the agent and the builder walk the lot on the same day, before you write an offer.

May–Oct The window we plan every schedule around

How it goes

One team, from raw dirt to first fire

Building at 9,000 feet is a scheduling problem before it is a construction problem. Frost, road access, and a construction season that can close in October decide more than finish selections do. We plan backward from that calendar.

01  Lot search

We shortlist parcels and walk the finalists together — agent and builder, same visit.

02  Feasibility

Slope, access, utilities, septic, setbacks and HOA rules checked before you're committed.

03  Design & budget

In-house design-build, so the drawings and the number move together instead of colliding.

04  Build

Season-aware scheduling and a client portal you can watch from anywhere.

Photographs show you the finish. The tour shows you the scale — how the rooms actually connect, and what the light does at nine thousand feet.

“Placeholder testimonial — drop in a real client quote here. Something specific beats something flattering: the lot they almost bought, the winter we caught in time, the number that didn't move.”
